Mrs. Lankford began her career at Del-Mar-Va Beauty Academy as a Cosmetology Instructor in 1986 and has been employed at the school since that date. She has extensive training in advanced cosmetology and teaching methodology. In her time at the school, she has held the positions of Instructor, Senior Instructor, Admissions Representative, Assistant Director and has been the school Director since 2015. Mrs. Lankford regularly attends continuing education classes, seminars and webinars to keep current in all aspects of the beauty industry.. Her experience is instrumental in her successful performance in her position at the school.
